P.A.M. Diamond Paintings

P.A.M. Diamond Paintings, LLC offers a large selection of legally licensed diamond paintings. We are constantly expanding our inventory and providing excellent quality diamond paintings at an affordable price. Most of our diamond paintings will come with some AB drills unless it is a crystal painting. Sometimes we offer some Twinkle Dust Drills (at an extra charge) as an option. We use Acrylic Drills and will guarantee them 100%. The Twinkle Dust Drills are Resin and they come from our supplier, so we also guarantee them 100%. (Only the twinkle dust drills will be resin if you order an acrylic kit).

We work with several different artists. We work with Traditional Artists, Multimedia Artists, and Digital Artists. Some of our artists may have used AI during their design process but we have placed RESTRICTIONS on the abuse of AI. Our procedures and stance on AI will continue to evolve over time. We are very meticulous with our requirements, and they must progress through a very strict guideline. We are open-minded to all types of artists and their mediums, but those tools must not be abused. Currently we have 11 traditional hand-drawn artists, 4 digital hand-drawn artists, and 4 multimedia artists (with 3 additional artists coming onboard). Again, NONE of these Artists use solely AI with their creation process.

In the past months we have released a lot of AI Artists due to forthcoming changes in the world of AI Art. Adobe has proposed that Congress establish a new Federal Anti-Impersonation Right (the “FAIR” Act) to provide a right of action to an artist against those that are intentionally and commercially impersonating their work or likeness through AI tools. This protection would provide a new mechanism for artists to protect their livelihood from people misusing this new technology, without having to rely solely on laws around copyright and fair use. In this law, it’s simple: intentional impersonation using AI tools for commercial gain isn’t fair.

Based on what P.A.M. Diamond Paintings LLC has been learning regarding the controversy of AI Artwork, we have come to better define our parameters with licensing this type of artwork. Therefore, by the end of July 31, 2024, we will no longer have AI Artists under contract with P.A.M. Diamond Paintings LLC. Furthermore, by the end of 2024, our goal is to have all AI artwork eliminated. We currently have multimedia artists that may use some AI with their artwork as far as enhancing their digital creations, but no one is using AI solely and selling them to our company for profit.

Please know that P.A.M. Diamond Paintings will not be paying for any AI services by the end of July 2024.

Please also know that we are currently signing contracts with Traditional Artists ONLY from the beginning of this Spring 2024 and going forward indefinitely.

We pride ourselves on bringing our customers new and fresh designs that they are interested in painting. We do not all have the same tastes.

Therefore, a variety of art mediums are necessary. We hope you can find something that you like. Remember: if you have a design or photo of your own that you would like a custom of, we can help you with that.  All of our diamond paintings are PREORDER. PREORDER means that they are not in stock. They will be ordered at a later date. Pam Holley orders up to three times a month; at the beginning of the month, the middle of the month, and the end of the month. Your order can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped depending on when you ordered.

Diamond painting is the process of developing a mosaic to recreate an image using tiny faceted “diamonds”, also known as drills by attaching them to a sticky canvas. As with cross-stitch, one pixel of the image equates to one stitch or in this case one drill. It is becoming a very popular craft and is very relaxing. Click the ‘Shop’ link above to get started!
