Return and Cancellation Policies

Returns & Exchanges

If your order is missing items needed to complete it, please contact me first so that I may resolve the issue.

Returns are allowed:

  • Damaged Products
  • Duplicated Orders

If you have ordered a product more than once, chances are the design has changed. I will not refund or accept a return because the design has changed.

To request a return email pam_d_holley@yahoo.com and we will issue a return label to you.

If you ordered something and don’t like it, please let us know and we will work with you on a solution.

Cancellations

If you order a PREORDER item and you want to cancel your order, it will not be allowed until all conditions are met.

  • You receive your order and then you can return it to me.
  • Shipping would be at your expense.
  • You will have to pay a 25% restocking fee.

If you order a PREORDER Item and want to cancel it prior to me ordering it, you have to pay a 25% Restocking fee. If it has already been ordered, you will need to meet the conditions listed above.

I will not refund your money until after I receive the product and have had time to inspect it for missing items or damages.


Restocking Fees

Restocking Fees are 25% of the product’s total.

  • They are only charged when an order has been canceled and it contains PREORDER items.
  • You are returning an item because you no longer like it.
  • If stop payment is issued, you will pay a restock fee.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

P.A.M. Diamond Paintings will pay for return shipping providing it is a valid return.

If the return is not a valid return, the customer is responsible for shipping.
